Jule, Regimental #1074

Born on August 15, 2016, at the Innisfail RCMP Kennels, Jule has had an incredible career filled with dedication, adventure, and countless moves. This hardworking and devoted girl began her training in Alberta. After two years, she relocated to Prince Edward Island to work with an RCMP handler. She later moved to Codiac, New Brunswick, followed by another assignment in Woodstock, New Brunswick, each time partnering with new colleagues. Eventually, Jule returned to PEI, where she embarked on the next chapter of her East Coast career.

Throughout her service, PSD Jule proved herself time and time again. In one remarkable instance, she tracked a suspect for 5.6 kilometers through rugged terrain and swamps—at night, in heavy rain, with rapidly dropping temperatures. Despite the harsh conditions, she successfully located and apprehended the individual. In another unforgettable moment, Jule played a life-saving role after a major collision, tracking and locating a driver who had been ejected from their vehicle. With temperatures plummeting and the individual unclothed, Jule’s quick actions greatly increased their chances of survival.

Now, Jule is ready to embrace the well-earned joys of retirement—camping under the stars, soaking up the sun on the beaches of PEI, and playing with her beloved little humans. She’ll also be indulging in the free snacks generously offered at dinnertime.

Welcome to the pack, PSD Jule! You have truly earned your retirement, and we wish you many more years of joy and adventure!
