PSD Kaos — Bringing Order to the Rock, One Paw at a Time
Welcome to Ned’s Wish, PSD Kaos — a Newfoundland legend who proved that sometimes a little Kaos is exactly what you need to keep the peace!
Raised on the beautiful (and occasionally blustery) island of Newfoundland, Kaos served proudly for seven years, based out of Bay Roberts. With his trusty nose and unstoppable determination, Kaos brought calm to countless storms — and not just the weather kind. His career highlights include apprehending suspects, locating missing persons, finding critical evidence, and even helping protect two Prime Ministers (clearly, Kaos knew how to handle high-profile company).
Fun fact: his name wasn’t assigned by some bureaucratic form — it was chosen by a bright young mind from St. John’s through the National Name the Puppy Contest. That kid clearly had a sense of humor… and nailed it.
Kaos’ most memorable track came in 2024, when he located a missing 71-year-old man lost in the woods during nasty weather. While the skies unleashed true Newfoundland chaos, Kaos stayed cool, calm, and laser-focused — proving once again that when things get wild, you call Kaos to restore order.
Now retired, Kaos has fully embraced civilian life — though he’s made it clear that barking is strictly work-only. These days, he prefers to communicate via gentle whines, particularly when his beloved Kong toy is trapped behind enemy lines (also known as a closed door).
Despite dealing with some allergy issues that show up as skin irritations, Kaos remains as handsome, lovable, and unflappable as ever — still the same loyal Newfoundland and Labrador hero who kept the province safe for years.
Here’s to Kaos: the dog who brought order out of disorder, turned mayhem into miracles, and proved that even on the Rock, Kaos always finds a way. 🐾💙
