🎉 Welcome PSD Robby to Ned’s Wish! 🎉
Regimental Number: 29
Breed: Belgian Pea-linois
Retired from: Lethbridge Police Service
Meet Robby, the most handsome pea-snatching, bad-guy-catching Belgian Malinois to ever patrol the streets of Lethbridge, Alberta. Born in the Netherlands in 2013 and raised with a nose for justice (and legumes), Robby served his community with unwavering dedication from 2017 to 2024.
A dual-purpose K9, Robby mastered the art of tracking, apprehension, evidence recovery, and narcotics detection — basically, if it was hidden, running, or illegal, Robby could find it. His career highlights include taking down a violent suspect during a series of residential break-ins in 2023. Even after being struck in the face with a heavy-duty lock, Robby stayed in the fight, proving that bravery doesn’t come any tougher (or furrier).
Now retired, Robby is trading patrol cars for garden patrols — where he’s been caught red-pawed harvesting fresh peas right off the vine. Honestly, he might be the only retired cop who’s gone green.
We’re thrilled to welcome this courageous (and slightly veggie-obsessed) hero to the Ned’s Wish family. Robby, you’ve earned every minute of belly rubs and backyard snacks.
