PSD Gator (Reg# 1016) was tragically killed on duty on July 8, 2021. PSD Gator lost his life while protecting the RCMP officers and the community members of Campbell River, BC. Gator was born in Innisfail, AB at the RCMP Police Service Dog Training Centre on May 1, 2014.
Despite being a very dedicated working dog, Gator was better known for his ability to make the people around him smile and laugh. Gator and his handler are huge supporters of Ned’s Wish and thank everyone for the kind donations to enhance the retired life of these amazing dogs.
