Police Service Dog (PSD) Enzo was born March 15, 2012 in Innisfail, Alberta. He worked the entirety of his career with the RCMP and is now retired. His regimental number is 958!
While working as a PSD, Enzo had the opportunity to work in Vancouver Island, British Columbia and Steinbach, Manitoba. Enzo had many great achievements throughout his career. He is definitely quite the tracker! One example was when he was able to find a missing four-year old girl in only 15-minutes because he was able to immediately find a track! Another example was when he successfully tracked down three suspects involved in a stolen vehicle incident!
Enzo worked tirelessly and gave his career his all and it never went unnoticed. Due to how strenuous his career was he has arthritis in his hips and is also dealing with an ankle injury.
Enzo is enjoying his retirement. He swims endlessly and loves to sleep on his back with his paws in the air. When he’s dreaming he may waving them in the air like he doesn’t care! He absolutely adores children and has been known to knock them over trying to rub them with his back.
